Working principle of automobile blower
The blower ensures the inflow, flow, and distribution of air required for the operation of the air conditioning system. The blower needs to ensure that an appropriate amount of external air enters and circulates through the heat exchanger (heater and evaporator). The air can warm or cool and be distributed into the cabin under the action of a blower. Typically, the blower is installed in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system located between the cabin and the engine compartment. Due to the plastic components and electrical sensitivity to vehicle system failures, the built-in blower is a fragile electrical device!
Common faults and solutions of blowers:
Common faults:
(1) The blower blades do not move, and there is no air or slow air outlet speed in the car.
(2) Abnormal noise appears in the air outlet or blower after opening the air conditioner, and ice is found in the evaporation box.
(3) The inability to dissipate cold air can lead to excessive pipeline pressure, pipeline explosions, etc.
Solution:
(1) Replace the blower with a brand new one.
(2) Repair or replace the air conditioning control panel.
(3) Remove foreign objects from the blower.
(4) Replace with a brand new fuse.
SuKoTec blower product advantages:
Durability and product performance
Only use high-quality plastics and eliminate recycled plastics.
Fault free operation
① Adopting high-temperature enameled wire, the motor can work stably in high-temperature environments. ② Adopting silent bearings, the motor operates with low noise. ③ Adopting fully automatic assembly line manufacturing, with higher consistency and stability.
Smooth operation of the motor
High quality motor armature can ensure reliable operation of the motor, while also providing strong protection against current peaks and overvoltage protection.
Matching quality of original parts
Complies with ISO 7637, ISO 16750 standards, and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC).
